EcoLock HD is a ready-to-use, water-based polymer landscape adhesive. It bonds mulch, wood chips, rubber mulch, pea gravel, decorative rock, river stone, bark, pine straw and ground cover in place for up to 24 months. It dries clear and forms a flexible, breathable, water-permeable bond. It requires no mixing or diluting — pour into a standard pump sprayer and apply. Made in the USA.

Application
- Prepare — Ensure the mulch or rock bed is dry and settled; rake to the desired depth (2–3 inches recommended).
- Pour — Transfer EcoLock HD into a standard pump sprayer. No mixing needed.
- Spray — Apply an even coat across the surface; use a heavier coat for rock and gravel.
- Dry — Allow 2–4 hours to set; full cure in 24 hours. Avoid foot traffic and water during drying.
What it is — and what it isn't
EcoLock HD is a binding adhesive that keeps landscaping material in place. It is not a weed barrier: it does not kill or block weeds on its own. For weed suppression, lay landscape fabric underneath the mulch before applying EcoLock HD. Avoid spraying directly onto plant leaves and flowers during application.
