International Orders
We also ship to the United Kingdom. Free UK shipping on orders over £50; flat-rate fee shown at checkout for smaller orders. UK delivery typically arrives within 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Returns
30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with EcoLock HD for any reason, contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To request a return, email hello@ecolockhd.com with your order number. Once we receive your request, we'll send you a prepaid return label and process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the product back.
Items must be in their original condition. Used product can still be returned under our satisfaction guarantee — just reach out first.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the package and contents and email hello@ecolockhd.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
